I cannot rate this place and its people highly enough. Have had a great stay. Now off to Ko Samui. A special mention to Bruce and Em the Concierge who have helped with organising trips and taxis for us. We hope to see you again. Paul and Vanessa Grove.

I stayed 4 days at this hotel and there is only good things to say: the room it's clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would like to thank all the team! Specialy thanks to jam in reciption and choom pu in lobby cafe, that were always assinting with a smile. The breakfest its very good! I loved the special the coffee. Thank you choom pu to prepare that amazing coffee everyday. And after a full day seeing Bkk, i arrived at my room and it has a kind surprise from the cleaning service: ...Thanks for that! The swiming pool its very nice and clean. The location is very good. And this hotel think and care about their costumers. I totaly recomend and I will stay there again in future for sure. Good friends and great memories

Such a great hotel to stay in, everything is clean and staff pay such great attention fo detail- Obi and Jam at the front desk were so helpful and understanding to my needs/wants Buffet breakfast, pool, comfy beds and a spa- what more can one want!

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times for business travel - great service, clean rooms and facilities, nice food/rooftop bar- all round highly recommendable hotel. Special thanks to Obi, Jira who were fantastic to deal with. Thanks Novotel team, I’ll be back next time through Bangkok 👍

Really good service, friendly Personal and good prices + Close to train station + Rooftop + Big room + Ordering food to the room does not take much time and taste like in restaurant Minor issues - some devices are old fashioned but functional.
